As an Assessor/Trainer in our Engineering department, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing apprentices' skills and guiding them towards success.
As an Assessor/Trainer, you will:
- Provide support and training to learners within their workplace.
- Assess learners' competence in alignment with industry and qualification standards.
- Record assessment outcomes accurately.
- Assist in preparing learners for their End Point Assessment.
- Maintain meticulous records for candidates using both written and computer-generated formats.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for training and development.
- Relevant Level 4 or above qualifications in engineering disciplines (essential).
- Assessor qualification (essential)
- Experience within related industries.
- Additional qualifications or experience in related fields would be beneficial but are not essential.
