We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and confident Work Based Leading Manager to take ownership of our Construction and Motor Vehicle apprenticeship programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Department for Construction and Motor Vehicle, you will take full responsibility for our work based learning programmes, ensuring the high levels of success we have are grown further.

We are looking for an individual with substantial experience of people management who can lead and motivate our team of Assessors to ensure positive outcome are obtained for all students. A flexible management style and ability to work to a high standard in a busy working environment with ever changing priorities and deadlines is a must.

An in-depth knowledge of all the current construction and motor vehicle apprenticeship Standards is essential, and candidates need to demonstrate this through the application process.
