We are seeking to appoint an experienced Counsellor and Wellbeing Officer to join our Student Services team. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, have a passion or interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of working with young people who may have mental health, learning difficulties or disabilities, wellbeing or personal development issues.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor and have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with personal development and wellbeing. They will have a good understanding of Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity policies and procedures, be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
