(pro-rata £9,044.92-£15,693.38pa) Salary inclusive of London Weighing and based on Business and Learning Support scale £20,717-£21,567FTE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our Student Services team. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, have a passion or interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of working with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities.

The ideal candidate will be have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learning difficulties and disabilities. Have a good understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, equality and diversity policies and procedures, be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
