Salary: £14,627.40-£16,207.20pa Salary for unqualified Lecturers £17,098.80-£22,557pa Salary for qualified Lecturers. Salaries inclusive of London Weighing and based on Teaching and Learning grade

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join the team at Capel Manor in delivering dog grooming courses.

The successful candidate will have a relevant qualification and experience in dog grooming, demonstrating knowledge and passion for dog grooming. Candidates should be able to demonstrate significant professional experience working with dogs and an excellent standard of work from the beginning through to the finished product. Experience working with canines and within the dog grooming industry is essential and a network of contacts that can support the learners and the course is desirable. The motivation to look forward, research, develop and implement new concepts and ideas in this specialist area is key to future credibility and student success.

The ideal candidate will be have a passion for teaching and for sharing their knowledge and experience with the next generation. They will be supportive of all students and believe in the college’s core values in nurturing a positive learning environment with equal opportunity and diversity at its core. Flexible working hours as some weekend work will be required. Good administrative skills will be required to underpin the more creative aspects of teaching and learning.
