An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Horticulturist, with a passion for training and inspiring young people. As a Practical Instructor based at both our Mottingham and Crystal Palace campus, you will support the teaching staff and students across all courses within the College’s specialist Horticulture programmes, including maintaining practical equipment and gardens/grounds.

The successful candidate will undertake demonstrations and technical instruction of students enrolled at Capel Manor on a range of full-time and part-time courses at the direction of the teaching staff.

The ideal candidate will have a range of industry skills including the ability to operate, maintain and repair horticultural machinery with some experience working in the training/education sector. A Level 2 qualification in horticulture is required, and a PA1/PA6 Certificate is desirable.
