About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Temporary Enrolment Assistants to support our busy early enrolment (June 2025) and main enrolment periods (August 2025 to October 2025). You'll play a vital role in ensuring students experience a smooth, welcoming, and efficient enrolment journey across our colleges.
We are recruiting for two types of enrolment support roles:
* Centre Information Assistants (Student Services) - welcoming students, providing information, and supporting general enquiries.
* Funding and Data Entry (Student Funding Support) - checking eligibility and processing student funding.
About You:
We are looking for motivated individuals who:
* Have excellent customer service and administration skills.
* Are positive, approachable, and able to work well as part of a team.
* Can learn quickly and provide outstanding service to students and stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* GCSE English and Maths (A*-C / Grade 9-4) or equivalent.
* Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems).
* Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
* Professional, friendly, and supportive attitude to represent the College Group.

You will be given the option to choose your preferred site, however, we will not be able to guarantee your preference, based on availability.
