Capital City College is seeking flexible, enthusiastic individuals to join our pool of teaching staff Team in Angel, London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step in during staff absences and ensure students receive the guidance and support they need.
As a member of our casual support team, you will:
* Provide academic and pastoral support to students during staff absences.
* Assist with revision sessions, study skills workshops, and one-to-one guidance.
* Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
* Offer advice and encouragement to keep learners on track with their goals.
This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to student success—whether you have experience in education, youth work, or simply strong communication and organisational skills.
About You
We're looking for individuals who are:
* Friendly, approachable, and committed to supporting learners.
* Confident in guiding students through study and revision activities.
* Organised and able to adapt to different situations.
* Experienced in education or student support (desirable but not essential).
* Has experience in delivering or assessing the subjects we offer
* Available for flexible, online and face to face sessions.
You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who can support A level students across a range of subjects, including:
Maths, Psychology, Sociology, Biology, Chemistry, English, Visual Arts, Politics, Philosophy, Spanish, Business, Economics, Law, Criminology, Geography, and Statistics.
