About the Role

Apprenticeships+ offers high-quality training courses and apprenticeships designed with real jobs in mind, reflecting the latest market intelligence, employer, and student demand. We support businesses by providing training and business support including employability skills and professional development courses, subcontracting, B2B and sales to compliance, work experience and placements as well as externally-funded educational projects.

As a Business Development and Account Manager you will generate new business for the group, primarily linked to apprenticeships but with a wrap around service for recruiting and upskilling staff.

As the largest FE college in London, we have access to a wide range of funding streams to support employers including delivery 33 different apprenticeship standards, a wide range of short courses, expertise in multiple areas and state of the art facilities in key provision

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Experience of apprenticeships is desirable but if you are a great salesperson in other industries, we can teach you about apprenticeships
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
