Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Business Development Sales Executive to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a hourly paid position.

We are seeking a dynamic, results driven and proactive, Business Development Sales Executive to drive employer engagement in our apprenticeship programs. The ideal candidate will leverage a wide range of methods, including cold calls, emails, social media (LinkedIn), events, and networking, to connect with businesses and promote the benefits of apprenticeships driving revenue growth. This role demands a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, converting leads, and delivering tangible results.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or employer engagement, experience within education, apprenticeships, or training services is not essential.
* Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into lasting partnerships.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
* Commercially astute, with the ability to identify employer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
