You will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and inclusive manager, with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating teams. Demonstrating an aptitude and track record of driving continuous performance improvement, you will be a strong communicator with extensive experience in specialism.

The ideal candidate will possess all or most of the following:

  •  Curriculum leadership/coordination experience
  • Up to date knowledge of the relevant subject areas
  •  Good pedagogic practice
  •  Relevant assessors' awards or a willingness to work towards these
  • A recognised teaching qualification
  •  A strong commitment to safeguarding young people and vulnerable adults

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CCCG team who are passionate and dedicated to providing our students with the best possible teaching and training to fulfil the futures best suited to them.
