About the role

We are looking for a strong candidate to manage the College's programmes for the apprentices. Leading to successful outcomes for learners and line managing assessors within the team. This role is responsible for the learner and employer experience, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction for all learners ensuring the learner voice is heard and acted upon.



About you

Appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting proven management experience in the employment/training/recruitment industry. You must have the ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in consultation and negotiation with senior managers and other stakeholders as required.

Capital City College (CCC) is London's largest further education and training provider, with around 35,000 students and an annual income of £120m. CCC has 10 college sites across central and north London for 16-18 year-olds, adult learners, apprentices and businesses. It has nationally recognised specialisms in areas such as construction, digital technology, healthcare, hospitality, rail engineering and science. CCC gained a 'good' Ofsted grade in February 2023 including being awarded 'strong' (the highest grade) in its contribution to meeting skills needs.
