About the Role

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

You will provide effective support to the Enterprise, Employability and Careers (EEC) Team by engaging with learners, external partners, and curriculum staff to assist in the planning and delivery of employability and progression activities. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player—well-organised, self-motivated, and confident—with strong presentation and communication skills, and a genuine passion for enhancing the life chances of students - all ages (16-18 and 19+).

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team who are committed to excellence. The team has a strong collaborative culture, sharing best practice and innovative approaches.

About You

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Support the accurate recording of EEC team enrichment activities within the college's data systems (MIS), liaising with relevant staff to improve processes, ensure data consistency, and resolve discrepancies

Most importantly, you'll be ready to make a positive contribution to our college community.
