About the role:

As an Employee Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting a positive work culture and facilitating effective communication between management and staff. You will be responsible for providing advice and supporting Employee Relations matters. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and collaborates closely with department heads and other HR team members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coaching and supporting line managers on employee relations issues, including absence management, performance management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
* Provide advice to employees and managers on employee terms and conditions and employment policies and procedures.
* Support and advise managers with Level 1 and Level 2 meetings under our absence and performance management policies.

About you:


We are seeking an HR professional reflecting a strong background of providing support to line managers within an HR environment. The ideal candidate will be educated to Level 5 CIPD Qualification or demonstrate equivalent experience.
