We are recruiting for a number of roles in our Examinations Department to join us at an exciting time during transformation of the exams and MIS team.
As Exams Manager, you will lead in providing high quality, responsive management of the examinations service for a designated college or group of colleges. This will include:

  • ensuring staff are supported, receiving regular performance reviews and are up to date with new processes and regulations.
  • identifying new approaches/techniques which enhance the efficiency, quality, and impact of the examinations team
  • managing the development and implementation of formal quality assurance and evaluation procedures, ensuring that Joint Council for Qualifications and Awarding Organisations expectations on quality and compliance are met for the Group.

To succeed in the role you will need significant experience of managing large examinations and Awarding Organisation communications in an FE / educational environment. You will have previously managed staff and be able to delegate and manage the performance of others, plus develop positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

This role is likely to be based in North London (Holloway or Tottenham) but will require regular travel to Group sites across London. In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you a competitive salary and pension provision, plus 30 days of annual leave. Other benefits include our Employee Assistance Programme, discount portal and salary sacrifice schemes.
