About the Role



This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.



We're seeking a dynamic, commercially minded sales leader to spearhead Capital City College (CCC) ambitious commercial growth strategy. As the Head of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing high-impact, strategic initiatives that will unlock new revenue streams, drive sustainable income growth, and elevate CCC's presence in the education sector. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation in one of London's largest and most impactful education institutions.

If you have a proven track record in EdTech, SaaS, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships, and are driven by the opportunity to influence the future of education, this is the role for you.



Key Duties and Responsibilities



* Lead the College's outbound commercial growth strategy, identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities across multiple sectors including employer partnerships, sponsorship, digital education, and space lettings.
* Contribute to strategic planning processes at College level, providing insight and recommendations on commercial opportunities and associated risks.
* Build and sustain strategic partnerships with employers, local authorities, funders, and sector bodies to drive income growth and innovation.
* Lead engagement with C-suite executives, government leaders, and major corporate decision-makers to secure strategic partnerships and unlock new income streams.
