Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role: Lecturer in Health and Social Care

As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach up to Level 3 in Health and Social Care as well as T levels. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment at vocational level, with a strong focus on science. About You

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

* Proven experience in Vocational programmes
* You will demonstrate expertise within a science specialism
* Strong knowledge of Health and Social Care up to Level 3 and T levels
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
