As an hourly paid lecturer, you will:

About You



We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

* Proven experience in teaching within a further education setting
* Strong knowledge of and ability to implement the criteria of the awarding bodies
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
