Diplomatic and Confident: As an experienced HR Manager, you will be diplomatic and confident, working across a wide range of stakeholders with the ability to quickly establish and maintain credibility with managers and staff.

Judgment and Decision Making: Quick, effective judgment is your forte. You're adept at making decisions that drive the business forward, and you thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex issues.

Flexibility and Multi-tasking: Our environment is dynamic, and priorities can shift. We need someone who can adapt easily, manage multiple tasks and still deliver exceptional results.

Mentoring and Coaching: Guiding and supporting our team is crucial. Your role involves not just managing, but also coaching, challenging, and mentoring HR officers and HR administrators to achieve their best.

Initiative and Enthusiasm: Initiative is key, and your positive, enthusiastic approach will be significant in creating innovative and flexible solutions to business issues.

Influence and Negotiation: Your ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate is instrumental in achieving positive outcomes. Whether it's aligning with stakeholders or driving change, you will need effective relationship building and influencing skills.

About the Role:


Delivering Key Performance Indicators: Your contributions will directly impact our overall group success, aligning with our strategic plan and objectives.

Managing HR Administration and On-boarding: You'll oversee our HR administration and on-boarding functions, ensuring they operate at the highest quality. Your management skills will guarantee that all staff receive the support they need to enhance their employee experience.
