Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Leaner Behaviour Support Coach to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis, working term time only (40 weeks a year).


As a Learner Behaviour Coach, you will play a vital role in ensuring the campus remains a safe, inclusive, and engaging space for all learners. You will patrol social spaces, actively engage with learners, and promote positive behaviours that enhance their learning and social experiences. Your ability to address behavioural concerns promptly and effectively will be essential in maintaining the campus's high standards of conduct.

In this role, you will also mentor students, guiding them to develop good habits and behaviours that contribute to their overall success. Collaborating with staff and departments, you will work to create an environment that inspires and supports students in reaching their full potential. Additionally, you will lead workshops and training sessions, offering valuable insights on self-discipline, effective study habits, and personal growth.
