Are you ready to make an impact at one of London's leading Further Education providers? Capital City College is looking for a skilled Learner Recruitment and Sales Advisor (Contact Centre) to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London.

About the Role

This role is offered on a full-time, fixed term basis. The contract will end on 18th November 2026. This role is full-time, working 35-hours per week.

Job Purpose

1 To respond to incoming calls in a positive and professional manner. Dealing with all queries and if referring on, to provide the next member of staff with sufficient information to deal with the query.
2 To provide information and advice in a range of internal and external settings including open days, schools, colleges, voluntary and community organisations, libraries and fairs
3 To follow up on queries to ensure that the customer (potential learners, employers and stakeholders) receive all the required information to make an informed decision.

About You

We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service. You should bring:

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Confidence working with systems and processes, including experience in navigating through the Capital City College website for course/college information, using HubSpot to record new leads, and using EBS systems, such as OnTrack and Central.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
* Experience in a similar support-based and customer focused role is desirable
