About the role:
We are looking to appoint a lecturer in Animal Science to teach on the Level 1- Level 3 Animal Care/Animal Management study programmes for 16-18 year olds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-standing department and the Centre for Applied Science, which is developing new programmes for leaners on both the academic and vocational pathways in Animal Care and Animal management. The department is excellently resourced, benefiting from recently redeveloped indoor and outdoor animal centres and laboratories.

The role will be based in the Science Department in the Centre for Applied Sciences at our Angel campus

About you:
You will hold an Honours Degree in Animal Science, Zoology or a relevant subject, have relevant experience in teaching these to 16-18 year olds up to level 3. You will also hold, or be willing to obtain a recognised teaching qualification. You will be used to maintaining professional and quality standards, and keeping high quality documentation.
