London's leading College is seeking for an exceptional Teacher of Performing Arts - Acting for Stage & Screen

About the role:
Working as part of a diverse, dynamic and lively department, you will be responsible for teaching and tutoring on the UAL Level 2, 3 & 4 Diplomas in Performing and Production Arts courses with 16-19 age and some adult learners. You will be responsible for planning and delivering a dynamic and diverse performing arts curriculum focusing on acting and performance to the camera, that will include units linked to theatre production and performance.
Other general curriculum responsibilities will include assessment, tracking student achievement and some administration for the courses. As the acting / performance specialist, you will use the performing arts resources and support student performances which celebrate students' work, diversity and skills development.

About you:
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong and diverse background in performing arts education and/or the performing arts industry, you will have a teaching qualification. You will have a history of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of UAL units in performing arts at Level 2 and Level 3. You must have the ability to communicate with a diverse range of students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
