We are seeking to appoint an Hourly Paid Media Studies Lecturer to teach A-Level Media Studies and to act as a tutor to a group of A level students.

About the role:

You will play a key role in supporting the curriculum manager in implementing the departments improvement plan, whilst delivering first class, quality, and creative lessons in line with the departmental teaching and learning policy.

About you:

You will hold an Honours Degree in a Media studies or Film Studies, have relevant experience teaching Media studies to 16-19-year-olds up to level 3. You will also hold a recognised teaching qualification and have teaching experience within the past 5 years. You will be used to maintaining professional and quality standards and keeping high quality documentation.

Westminster Kingsway College is a further education college in central London with centres in Camden and Westminster. It offers a huge array of academic and vocational courses for 16-18-year-olds and adult learners, such as A-Levels, BTECs, Apprenticeships, Foundation Degrees, Access to Higher Education, employability training and short courses. It also offers bespoke training for employers and specialist programmes delivered in conjunction with the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy
