Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled Music Production and Performance Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.

About the Role: Lecturer in Music Production and Performance

As a Lecturer in Music Production and Performance you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis (35 hours per week).

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach Level 1,2 and 3 in Music Production and Performance. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of UAL. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

About You

We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

* Proven experience in Music Production and Performance
* Strong knowledge of UAL in Music Production and Performance
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
