About the role:

We are looking for School Liaison Officer to join our busy and dynamic Marketing team. You need to be friendly, confident and motivated and able to relate to and communicate with young people in schools, parents, teachers and careers advisors. You will need to have a Level 3 IAG qualification.

You will be required to implement the school liaison elements of the group's marketing strategy and support achievement of student recruitment targets.

You will liaise regularly with contacts and stakeholders in our feeder schools to advise them of the Group's offer and support them with post-16 activities and events, provide application data, and support schools with careers advice, student applications and general college information.

You will support the planning of events and activities, and attend recruitment events, such as school assemblies, careers fairs, parents evenings, as well as our own college open days and recruitment fairs. Some of the events will be in the evenings and weekends and can take place across the UK. You will be required to monitoring effectiveness of events and provide termly feedback.

You will use reports and data to understand Group priorities and work closely with relevant teams across the Group including Curriculum and Admission teams to communicate activities and encourage engagement in school liaison activities.

Location: Westminster Kingsway College Victoria Centre, with significant travel in and around London.

Although you will have a base at a Group Centre, you will often work remotely.
