Capital City College is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and skilled SEND Lecturer to join our dynamic London-based team.



About the Role: Lecturer in SEND



As a Lecturer in SEND, you will play a vital role in supporting our learners to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. You will deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and support students through both academic and pastoral guidance.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

We are looking for passionate and skilled lecturers to teach in SEND. You will deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the requirements of Edexcel. As part of our dynamic team, you will inspire and support students to achieve their goals and progress within their chosen field.

About You



We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:

* Proven experience in teaching students with LLDD to prepare them for employability
* Strong knowledge of teaching vocational subjects effectively at the different levels required and supporting students and preparing them for formal assessment
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)

You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
