Westminster Kingsway College is one of the largest further education colleges in London and is part of Capital City College Group. Our diverse student body of around 14,000 learners' study on our acclaimed vocational and academic courses that are heralded by employers.

We are recruiting a Teaching Improvement Manager to become part of a dynamic inclusive team and play a key part in supporting all teachers to improve their practice through coaching, mentoring, and delivering continued professional development.

You will be responsible to coach, mentor and support individual teacher as well as create and deliver training sessions locally and at cross-college professional development days. This role will provide support in improving Teaching, Learning and Assessment across WKC, and support the Post Inspection Action Plan (PIAP) to improve WKC Ofsted outcome to a Grade 2.

You will be passionate about inclusion and motivated to help develop reliable and robust systems to ensure our learners and teachers have the very best chance of success.
