About the Role:

As a Vocational Coach, you will:

* Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for apprenticeships and qualifications in Business Admin, Customer Service & Management.
* Support and guide learners to develop both technical skills and industry knowledge.
* Assess coursework and provide constructive feedback to help students progress.
* Develop dynamic schemes of learning tailored to a range of learning styles.
* Ensure the curriculum remains up to date with industry standards and employer needs.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methods.
* Conduct workplace assessments and support learners in preparing for their End-Point Assessments (EPA).

About You:

* Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Business Admin, Customer Service, or Management.
* Possess an assessor qualification (A1/D32, CAVA, or equivalent).
* Teaching experience is desirable, but we welcome industry professionals looking to transition into education - training is available!
* Experience in delivering and assessing apprenticeships, including End-Point Assessments (EPA).
* A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
