35 hours per week, term-time only plus 1 inset day
Actual Salary £19,997-£21,914 per annum

You will be an integral part of the school to
• To promote and support high levels of attendance
• To promote a positive attendance and punctuality culture
• Form strong relationships with parents/carers
• To oversee the schools attendance procedures, ensuring that official registers are accurately maintained and attendance trends monitored. To reduce levels of unauthorised absence and reflect the policies and values of The Chase.
• The Attendance and Welfare Officer will work alongside the Attendance Administrative Assistant to improve attendance levels.
You will be able to work with integrity and display sound judgement, respecting confidentiality at all times and must possess the confidence to work with young people, as well as parents as the role does involve home visits and liaising with external agencies.
