Human Resources Recruitment Advisor

Salary: £28,235 - £31,915 per annum 

(Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Start date: 23rd June 2025

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Advisor (HR) to support the smooth running of the Human Resources function working as part of a small and fast-paced office environment. We are looking for someone with a confident and positive approach, who has the ability to work and stay calm under pressure. The successful post holder will have a Recruitment/Human Resources background, have a good general working knowledge of office procedures, be confident and have a proactive approach to this role; in addition, they will have the ability to prioritise work effectively. The successful applicant will support the Human Resources team with high volume recruitment and general Human Resources administration. Ideally this person will hold CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Day to day duties will include:

Full administrative support to the department

Ensuring the accurate preparation of contracts of employment, contract variations and correspondence relating to payroll

Assisting with implementation and development of a new applicant tracking system

Assisting with the development of a new Human Resources system

Managing Human Resources projects in an accurate and timely fashion

Maintaining confidentiality and an understanding of GDPR requirements

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Good IT skills including Microsoft office and Excel

Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent employee relations

The ability to work within the College policies and procedures with particular regard for health and safety, equal opportunities and the overriding need to safeguard children and vulnerable adults in our care.
