We are looking for an individual to join our team at the Sundial Theatre. The main focus of the role is running the bar and bar area before performances and during intermissions and occasionally afterwards. This means you need to be at least 18 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages. Our team has to work flexibly and at times you may assist with the box office, customer care and other aspects of the theatre. It is therefore a great opportunity for someone who likes people and performing arts and would like to develop their skills and help create a great community theatre.

Performances are almost all in the evenings or at weekends so the role is a flexible one rather than a rigid rota. You will be part of a team of staff so it should also give you flexibility.

The ability to work under pressure is essential as is excellent communication skills; a calm and reassuring manner and commitment to high quality customer service.
