We are looking to appoint a passionate, ambitious and innovative Head of Year to nurture and develop the learning experiences of a cohort of students within Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to lead not only a year group, but a team of Form Tutors to make a real difference to the academic and pastoral progress of every student.
Start Date: 21st August 2025
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks (Term time + 2 weeks)
Working Day: 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday – Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm on Friday (with 30 mins for a break each day)
Grade: APT&C Grade 7, Point 19-22 (Generic job description E9013a)
Actual salary: £30,373 - £32,782
