City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive lecturer to join our dedicated team in the Construction Department on a permanent, part-time basis (0.5FTE). You will be teaching on the Level 3 Construction and the Built Environment course, with around 12 contact hours per week. We also have 0.5 Construction and the Built Environment Apprenticeship Trainer vacancy, if you wish to work both roles to make the hours full time.
We are looking for someone with experience of teaching Construction and Built Environment and Civil Engineering at Level 3. A teaching qualification and experience in teaching/training would be an advantage, though an attitude toward developing your teaching skills would be highly appreciated. The right person needs to be confident in working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
