We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative Learning and Development Advisor to work within the Human Resources and Organisational Development team.

The role will be based at our South Bristol Skills Academy in Hengrove and travel to other sites will be needed ad hoc. In addition, once trained in post, this role can also take advantage of occasional home working to suit the needs of you and the College.

Your role will be to support the Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development to deliver an innovative, efficient and professional Learning and Development service to the College to ensure all staff are supported and professionally developed. This will be achieved through your involvement in various activities such as cross College development and new staff Welcome Events, staff awards and supporting managers to induct new staff. You will support on project work and input to the wider HR strategy. This is a varied and exciting role with the opportunity to influence the experience of our workforce.

You must be organised, proactive and have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders to the role. You must have a passion for working within a Learning and Development environment and experience of co-ordination and delivery of learning and development in a current or previous role.
