We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated ESOL teacher to work within the ESOL team on a part time, fixed term basis (0.5FTE, until August 2022). You will be organised, resilient & proactive and highly motivated to support learners to improve their language skills to make progress in their lives.
You will have experience of developing language skills of ESOL learners in the UK and as well as awareness and knowledge of issues affecting refugees and asylum seekers. We are looking for someone with experience of working with the full range of ESOL levels, preparing students for external examinations & ideally experience of developing literacy skills at Pre-Entry level. You will need to be confident working in a fast-paced environment & quick to pick up processes and procedures. The successful post holder will be joining a large, experienced & collaborative ESOL teaching team.
