Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Contract: Full time, temporary sickness cover until February 2021

What will you be doing?

City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint a resilient, enthusiastic and proactive lecturer to join our dedicated team in the Construction and Built Environment Department on a temporary full-time basis. The position is full time and will be teaching our Pearson level 4 HNC and level 5 HND Construction qualifications to mature students and apprentices. You will support the learners in their educational studies using innovation within your teaching and utilising e-learning opportunities where available.

We are looking for someone with experience of teaching Construction and Built Environment and Civil Engineering qualifications from Pearson at level 4 and 5. A teaching qualification and experience in teaching/training would be an advantage, though an attitude toward developing your teaching skills would be highly appreciated. The right person needs to be confident in working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
