This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of Electrical Installation, supporting both Further Education and apprenticeships. We are looking for a dynamic lecturer who brings a strong foundation of industry experience and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of electrical professionals.
About the Role
As an Electrical Installations Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical instruction to a diverse range of learners. You will play a key role in preparing students for industry placements, supporting apprentices and future employment, while also supporting the development of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering engaging and industry-relevant lessons aligned with the Electrical curriculum.
• Supporting learners with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge.
• Preparing and maintaining classroom & workshop environments, equipment, and resources.
• Collaborating with colleagues and employers to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.

Salary:
Up to £35,295 per annum - (plus potential to add a market supplement of up to £5,000 dependant on skills, competencies, and qualifications) The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation & be JIB Approved or hold a ECS Gold card.
