We are seeking to appoint an experienced Media ( Film and TV) lecturer with the capacity to teach on Level 2 and 3 vocational courses. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to teach on Higher Education courses in future. Should circumstances allow, an immediate start is available. Applicants will join a committed and thriving team based on our Weymouth campus. The successful applicant will have responsibility for delivering engaging lessons, creating appropriate lesson plans, marking of student work etc. The role also requires individuals to track student progress and attendance, including attendance to GCSE sessions (where required) We welcome applications from individuals with a strong team ethic, who are able to nurture and inspire the next generation of artists. Knowledge of current industry practice and the Adobe suite is essential, and relevant recent experience is desirable.

This position is part time for 11.1 hours per week (0.3 fraction) across 2 days:
Wednesday 08:30 - 16:30
Thursday 08:30 - 13:15

Fixed term until 30th June 2026
