Due to family leave we are seeking for an experienced HRBP to join our team for 13 months. Our employee relations team works closely together to provide consistent and highly expert advice to our managers and staff. 

We take pride in our proactive approach to employee relations, and work closely with Unions on all campuses. Our work supports learners to achieve, by ensuring that staff are ready to give their best each day.

The HRBPs are supported by an inclusive, proactive and thriving HR team.

The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.

Requirements & Compliance

• Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).

• Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
