About the role:
The School of Hair and Beauty, SLDD and ALS & is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, learner-centred Head of School. The well performing School offers a wide range of courses and has a clear focus on progression for SLDD learners to vocational programmes and supported internships programmes. Hair & Beauty focusses on upskilling learners through short course provision, as well as long courses for 16-18s and 19+ learners. The ability to maintain and further develop an innovative curriculum delivery model is key to the success of the post holder. Establishing highly effective relationships with external partners and employers will allow the successful candidate to be effective in the role. A relentless commitment to the teaching and learning experience of learners leading to very high levels of learner achievement and progression of learners is required.
About you:
An experienced teacher with 5+ years of classroom experience along with curriculum management and line management experience, you will be looking for your next step in your management career.
