Equestrian Centre Manager – Location: Bicton College Campus – Salary: Up to £25,356.56 (depending on experience and qualifications) – Hours per week: 37 – Weeks per year: 52 -

We require a highly motivated and enterprising individual to take the lead in the day to day management of the Equestrian Centre.

Reporting to the Curriculum Area Manager, you will need to be able to meet the needs of our customers, whilst supporting the curriculum and maintaining high quality industry standards. Experience of managing a busy BHS approved Training Centre and Livery yard would be essential along with BHS A.I. (Stage 3 complete) as a minimum.

Recent experience of developing commercial income would be desirable along with the ability to lead an experienced team.
