This is not your average Director role; it has the responsibility of leading The Cornwall College Groups Higher Education provision in all aspects of quality assurance as well as being responsible for the implementation of the College TLA (Teaching, Learning & Assessment) Strategy in relation to Higher Education.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in the following categories:
- Developing and implementing international recruitment and associated marketing strategies.
- Recent relevant leadership experience in Higher Education at a senior academic level (for example, having responsibility for a significant teaching department).
- Recent & relevant experience of strategic and operational leadership of residential provision.
- Proven experience of successful leadership within Higher Education (within Further Education) which has led to high outcomes for students, as well as proven experience of the development and validation of Higher Education programmes including Higher Apprenticeships.
