Therefore, we are excited to be opening an Accelerate Programme where highly personalised and bespoke support can be offered to our most vulnerable Key Stage 3 students so that they can more easily achieve their potential. The programme will be based in a purpose built Accelerate Centre, based on the main school site.

The Accelerate Programme will provide an important stepping stone back into the mainstream at Cotham. It will offer an alternative to our mainstream provision for students in need of it for a fixed period of time. The curriculum will be broad and balanced allowing for wider experiences to form part of the well-rounded educational offer with focused support for literacy, reading, numeracy and behaviour.
