About the Role
The Safeguarding Officer will work as part of the central safeguarding team, supporting the effective operation of the safeguarding service on a day-to-day basis in college. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Requirements
Must-Have:
• Be educated to Degree level
• Hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• Hold a Level 3 safeguarding qualification or commitment towards actively working towards gaining qualification
• Have experience of working with people within an educational organisation or youth work environment
