About the Role

Are you passionate about student well-being and making a meaningful impact in education? Coventry College is seeking a committed and proactive Health and Well-being Advisor to join our Learner Services team.

As our Health and Well-being Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the physical, mental, and emotional health of our students. You’ll deliver 1:1 coaching, well-being workshops, and tailored interventions while also managing medical support needs within the college. The role includes acting as one of the college’s primary first aiders, completing health risk assessments, overseeing Individual Health Care Plans (IHCPs), and facilitating access requirements, such as lift passes and disability access.

You'll also work closely with the Additional Learning Support (ALS) team to input into Exam Access Arrangements (EAAs), support plans, and annual reviews for learners with medical needs.

Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking college where your skills and contribution are truly valued.
