As a Lecturer at Coventry College, you'll contribute to curriculum development, provide academic and pastoral support to learners, and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. Requirements
Must-Have:
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards
• Hold a qualification in English (or equivalent)
• Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
• Provide evidence of continuing professional development
You should also be able to demonstrate:
• Previous experience of teaching English or ESOL to a variety of ethnic groups
• Experience of preparing students for English Skills for Life examinations
• Demonstrate a real enthusiasm for teaching, with an ability to motivate and inspire learners to succeed
• Ability to deliver functional skills within relevant subject area
