Job Title: Senior Learning Support Practitioner

Location: Coventry College

Contract Type: Full-Time / Term-Time Only 38-weeks

Hours per Week: 37 per week

Salary: £20,906.68 - £22,067.09 prorated from £24,696 to £26,067 FTE per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent

• Relevant Level 3 qualification or above

• A HTLA Qualification

• Evidence of relevant continuous professional development one or more in the following areas: Disability, Learning difficulties, ASD, Dyslexia, Sensory impairment, Challenging behaviour, Emotional behavioural activities and Mental health
