We’re looking for a passionate Supported Internship Coordinator to lead our innovative programme, ensuring students thrive in inclusive workplaces.

About the Role

As a Supported Internship Coordinator, you’ll:

• Oversee our Supported Internship programme, supporting young people into meaningful, sustainable employment.

• Coordinate Job Coaches and work with employers to create inclusive workplace opportunities.

• Ensure the programme runs effectively and aligns with our mission to empower students and promote independence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Passionate about improving the lives of young people with SEND.

• A great communicator with strong organisational skills.

• Experienced in education, employability, or supported employment (preferred but not essential, as training is provided).
