This role is Term Time 40 weeks - Monday to Friday
This position is based at Creating Tomorrow College and requires a hybrid working approach, with a combination of working from home and attending the College office as needed. Occasional travel to one of the College’s campuses may also be required. Therefore, access to a car and a valid driving licence is essential.

The post holder will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Creating Tomorrow College. You will be committed to helping young people with SEND thrive and have the confidence and professionalism to ensure our college runs smoothly and efficiently across all campuses.
The role will include managing key administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting internal and external communications, and ensuring compliance with college procedures. You will also play a part in coordinating meetings, events, and liaising with students, families, and partner organisations.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and confident using a range of digital systems. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in college administration, or support services is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
